We use this data solely to authenticate users, connect official Meta integrations, match comment keywords, and dispatch automated private replies via the official Meta Graph API endpoints.
Meta & Instagram Compliance
8Tech Reply never collects Instagram passwords, scrapes web interfaces, or uses unauthorized automation. All platform tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Infrastructure & Data Isolation
Customer data resides in isolated PostgreSQL database instances with secure Redis queues, operated within the 8Tech Solutions infrastructure.
